People crave more connection yet feel less connected to their colleagues than ever before. According to our research, employees who feel isolated feel less attached to their work, and their sense of belonging and dedication to the organisation suffers, especially when it comes to talent retention.

Individuals who report to a manager that prioritises relationship-building are 27% more likely to stay, perform 31% better, and gain 13% more purpose and meaning from their jobs.

Listen to Hannah Thomson, Chief People Officer at Travelodge, Guillermo Miranda, Business Management Professor at Advantere and Better Up Science Board Member, and host Kristi Leimgruber, Behavioral Scientist at BetterUp, to learn how organisations can attract top talent and keep them by building a culture of connection.

You will learn:
  • The state of the connection crisis across Europe with a special spotlight on the UK workforce and the challenges they face
  • Specific ways connection fuels performance & well-being
  • How to build a talent strategy that boosts belonging and retains top industry talent
