Caroline Heller, Senior Managing Director, is the Global Head of Human Resources. She is a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee and co-chairs its Talent Sub Committee and MD Promotion Committee. She is the GEC Sponsor of the Ability Network (ABN) and serves on the Board of the BlackRock Foundation. Prior to assuming her current role, Ms. Heller was the Head of Talent & Business Partners. Before joining BlackRock in 2021, Ms. Heller spent over 20 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held several leadership roles in Human Capital Management (HCM). Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ms. Heller worked in recruiting at Credit Suisse First Boston. Ms. Heller earned a B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern University in 1999.
